GUEST POLICIES

Rates

Our nightly base rates fluctuate based on booking source, demand, season, weekends/weekdays, and holidays. Base rates may change without notice until your reservation is confirmed. Your reservation is subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellation Policy

Please read our cancellation policy carefully:


1.    A full refund will be provided for all cancellations made within 24 hours of booking or 60+ days prior to arrival.

2.    A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made 30 - 59 days prior to arrival.

3.    No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

Reservations

1.    We accept reservations up to one year in advance.


2.    From May to September, our condos are made available for weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday).


3.    From October to April, our condos are made available for 1-2 night minimum stays* (depending on the size of the condo), with some holidays requiring a 3 night minimum stay.


4.    A credit card authorization for the full reservation amount will be processed at the time of booking, with payment processed in full the day of your arrival.


5.    Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.


6.    A welcome email with check in information (including condo door code and information on hotel amenities) will be sent to the email of record the morning of your arrival.


* Please Note: Please call us at (541) 991-9998 for assistance with making a reservation, to inquire about accommodating 1-night stays, group sizes exceeding maximum occupancy of your desired condo, or if you would like to be added to a waiting list. If a condo is not available for the entire duration of your desired stay, please call to inquire about the possibility of changing condos to accommodate your entire stay. 

Pets

Horsefeathers is happy to welcome pets (up to two pets per booking) on a case-by-case basis. Please contact hotel staff at (541) 991-9998 for reservation assistance. Approval is subject to hotel management review, a non-refundable charge of $25 per pet per night, and guest agreement to adhere to the following conditions:


1.    Pets must be on a leash when outside of your condo at all times (no exceptions) while on hotel grounds.


2.    Pets must not be left in your condo unattended.


3.    Pets must be quiet and well-mannered. Guests agree to pay a $100 fee for all instances of complaints related to their pet causing a disturbance to other guests.


4.    All pets must be clean, groomed, and house trained.


5.    Pets need to be cleaned off when wet or dirty, prior to entering the condo.


6.    Pets must not be allowed on furniture or beds.


7.    Guests shall clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.


8.    Should a guest's pet cause injury to other guests, patrons, employees, visitors, vendors, or anyone lawfully on the hotel premises or their property, the guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Horsefeathers Boutique Hotel and all partners, directors, officers, employees and affiliated entities of the foregoing from and against any damages, loss, litigation, cost or expense by any of the foregoing as a result of any damage or injury caused by the guest's pet.


9.    Guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by their pet during their stay.


10. Pets include dogs and cats. Other types of pets need to be approved by hotel management.


Guests with pets shall be fully responsible for their pet’s actions and charges for damages and/or excessive cleaning (indoors or outdoors) as a result of pets will be assessed (minimum $200 cleaning fee, based upon sole judgment of Horsefeathers management upon departure).


A $250 fee will be assessed if a pet accompanies you and is not paid for prior to arrival.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is available during guest stays, upon request. Additionally, if you need absolutely anything during your stay, we are a phone call away and can be reached 24 hours a day at (541) 991-9998.


*Guests will incur additional charges for any damages or unusual/extraordinary cleaning required as a result of their stay (both indoors and outdoors).

Smoking

No smoking/vaping of any form is allowed inside our condos or on hotel grounds. Guests will incur a minimum fee of $500 (plus full reimbursement of cleaning costs, lost revenue, and damages) for smoking indoors during their stay.

Damages

Guests are financially responsible for all damages incurred during their stay including labor and repair and/or replacement costs, and lost revenue as a result of their action(s).
