Guest Policies

  • Please read our cancellation policy carefully:

    1.    There is no charge for cancellations made 60+ days prior to arrival.

    2.    A 50% charge of the remaining balance owed will be applied cancellations made 30 - 59 days prior to arrival.

    3.    A full charge (100%) of the remaining balance owed will be applied for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.

  • Our regular check-in time is 3:00pm daily. Check-out time is before 10:30am.

  • We love our pets here at The Horsefeathers! Horsefeathers is a dog-friendly hotel and we’re happy to welcome furry guests in both The Retreat & The Base Camp. For a once-per-stay $75 fee, we’ll enroll your furry best friend in our Pets Are Welcome (PAW) Program and place our welcome kit - complete with food & water bowls, towels, treats & more - for your dog to enjoy during your stay!

    *** PLEASE NOTE - Pet stays and our PAW Program are limited to The Retreat and The Base Camp ONLY. ***

    Please contact our guest services staff at (541) 645-5252 upon placing your reservation to have your pet added to our system and confirmed for your reservation (required for all pet stays).

    Approval is subject to hotel management review and guest agreement to adhere to the following conditions:

    1.    Pets must be on a leash when outside of your accommodation at all times (no exceptions) while on hotel grounds.

    2.    Pets must not be left in your accommodation unattended.

    3.    Pets must be quiet and well-mannered. Guests agree to pay a $100 fee for all instances of complaints related to their pet causing a disturbance to other guests.

    4.    All pets must be clean, groomed, and house trained.

    5.    Pets need to be cleaned off when wet or dirty, prior to entering your accommodation.

    6.    Pets must not be allowed on furniture or beds.

    7.    Guests shall clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.

    8.    Should a guest's pet cause injury to other guests, patrons, employees, visitors, vendors, or anyone lawfully on the hotel premises or their property, the guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Horsefeathers Boutique Hotel and all partners, directors, officers, employees and affiliated entities of the foregoing from and against any damages, loss, litigation, cost or expense by any of the foregoing as a result of any damage or injury caused by the guest's pet.

    9.    Guest assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused by their pet during their stay.

    10. Pets include dogs only.


    Guests with pets shall be fully responsible for their pet’s actions and charges for damages and/or excessive cleaning (indoors or outdoors) as a result of pets will be assessed (minimum $200 cleaning fee, based upon sole judgment of Horsefeathers management upon departure).

    A $250 fee will be assessed if a pet accompanies you and is not registered with pet program fee paid for prior to arrival.

  • Housekeeping is available during guest stays, upon request. Additionally, if you need absolutely anything during your stay, we are a phone call away and can be reached 24 hours a day at (541) 645-5252.


    *Guests will incur additional charges for any damages or unusual/extraordinary cleaning required as a result of their stay (both indoors and outdoors).

  • No smoking/vaping of any form is allowed inside our condos or on hotel grounds. Guests will incur a minimum fee of $500 plus additional charges to offset cleaning costs, lost revenue, and related damages for smoking indoors during their stay.

  • Guests are financially responsible for all damages incurred during their stay including, but not limited to, labor and repair and/or replacement costs, and lost revenue as a result of their action(s).
