With the entire Horsefeathers Hotel reserved exclusively for your wedding party, you’ll experience the joy of shared moments throughout the day, while each guest still has the luxury of retreating to their own private suite at the end of each night.

 FAQs

  • Designed to bring people together and specifically with wedding parties in mind, Horsefeathers is available exclusively to wedding parties and private gatherings from May through mid-October.

  • We typically begin receiving reservations 12-18 months in advance, and recommend booking at least 6-12 months ahead of your wedding to ensure availability and secure your preferred dates.

  • To reserve your wedding weekend at Horsefeathers, we require:

    1. a signed rental agreement, and
    2. a 10% non-refundable deposit.

    Once both are received, your dates will be officially secured and blocked off exclusively for your group.

    The remaining balance owed for your reservation is not due until the morning of your groups arrival and we are also able to process multiple payments, if required.

  • Typically, a 2-night minimum is required for weekdays and a 3-night minimum stay is required for weekends (Friday & Saturday nights).

  • Our four luxury condo-style accommodations include seven private king bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 adults.

    We are also happy to provide beds & cribs free of charge for guests with small children, and our property has a maximum occupancy of 22 guests (including children).

  • Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring in your preferred caterer, chef, or other vendor for any events & activities you wish to plan during your wedding weekend, or we can help coordinate with trusted local chefs and partners.

  • Each of our four condos features a fully equipped kitchen, stylish living spaces and private bedrooms.

    There are also five outdoor deck spaces with outdoor seating, gas fire pits and bbqs located throughout the property, as well as our on-site private outdoor event space available for larger gatherings.

  • Yes, we’re located in the heart of Hood River’s historic downtown - next to the historic Second Street stairs and just steps away from local shops, restaurants, and the scenic Columbia River waterfront.

  • Yes, complimentary on and off-street parking is available on-site.

    Guests visiting multiple downtown locations may also be interested in obtaining city-wide parking passes (allowing you to park all day on any metered street or any city-owned parking lots, with the exception of State Lot and Front Lot).   • We’re happy to recommend local restaurants and activities, and also offer more extensive planning services for guests interested in curated experiences - like wine tastings, river adventures, or spa days.

  • Yes! From welcome baskets and custom floral arrangements to adorn each guest room, welcome drinks, or private adventures for you and your wedding party to share, we specialize in bespoke touches that make your wedding weekend truly yours.

  • Yes! We welcome guests of all ages, shapes and sizes (including furry ones!), with specific condos available for guests with dogs. Please inquire directly for additional details.
